Welcome to https://footcareers.com. These Terms and Conditions govern access to this website and the use of its content, forms, enquiries, bookings, applications, orders and other features provided by FootCareers.
By using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit data through it.
1. Provider details
- FootCareers
- George Oshanna / FootCareers
- 20 Kernohan Parkway, Unit 34, London, Ontario N6J 4Y3, Canada

2. Purpose of the site and services
The site presents and supports the following activities: international football consulting, recruitment and connecting players from Canada and the USA with opportunities in Europe.
Information on the site is general and informational in nature, unless a specific document expressly states that it constitutes a binding offer or contract. Availability, pricing, deadlines, dates and the final scope of a service may depend on individual agreement, location, capacity and other circumstances.
3. Enquiries, applications, bookings and contracts
By submitting a form or message the user makes an enquiry or request. Submission alone does not mean a booking, application, purchase or contract is confirmed. A binding relationship arises only after the provider's express confirmation, or upon a successfully completed order where the site enables online purchase.
The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided and must report any material changes without delay.
4. Specific conditions for this activity
Applying to a training session, academy, camp or evaluation does not guarantee a place, selection, playing time, a scholarship or a professional engagement. Participation may require payment, medical fitness, parental/guardian consent and acceptance of safety rules. Sporting activity carries inherent risks; these cannot be transferred to the organiser beyond the limits permitted by law.
5. Prices and payment
Where prices are published, the prices displayed or confirmed at the time the contract is concluded apply, with taxes and additional costs clearly indicated where applicable. Offers and estimates are valid for the period stated in the offer.
Payment methods and deadlines are set out on the site, in the order confirmation, offer or a separate agreement. The provider may refuse or cancel a request in the event of an obvious pricing error, unavailability or suspected abuse, refunding any amount duly received where applicable.
6. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the type of service or product, the time of cancellation and the applicable law. Where the user acts as a consumer, they retain all mandatory rights afforded to them under applicable regulations.
Where a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract exists, the method, deadline and consequences of withdrawal will be applied in accordance with the governing regulations. Statutory exceptions may apply, among others, to fully performed services with prior consent, personalised goods, perishable or sealed hygiene goods once opened, accommodation or activities booked for a specific date, and digital content whose performance has begun with the required consent.
7. User obligations
It is prohibited to:
- use the site contrary to the law or the rights of others;
- submit inaccurate, misleading or third-party data without authorisation;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or disrupt the operation of the site;
- copy, resell or automatically harvest content without permission;
- send malicious code, unsolicited messages or content that infringes the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, design and other content are protected by the intellectual property rights of the provider or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use of the site is permitted. Any other reproduction, adaptation, publication or commercial use requires prior written permission.
9. Accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors, or that every piece of information will always be up to date. The site may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. External services and links
The site may contain maps, booking or payment systems, video content, social networks and third-party links. Their operation and terms are governed by their own policies. The provider is not responsible for the content or conduct of independent third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, the provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, decisions made solely on the basis of general information from the site, or interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure.
12. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Optional cookies and similar technologies are used only on an appropriate legal basis and, where required, with prior consent.
13. Complaints and customer support
Enquiries and complaints can be sent using the contact details below. Please include enough information to identify the request or transaction. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated due to changes in services, technology or regulations. A new version is published with the date of update. Changes do not retroactively affect mandatory rights already acquired by users.
15. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the competent Canadian province and the federal laws of Canada apply, without prejudice to users' mandatory rights.
Before commencing proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. Consumers retain the right to use competent authorities and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where available.
