This Policy explains what personal data we may process, why, on what basis, to whom we may disclose it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. Data we may collect
Depending on your interaction, we may process:
- first and last name;
- email address, phone number and address;
- data from an enquiry, application, booking, order or contract;
- invoicing data and payment records;
- the selected service, product, date, location or programme;
- the content of communication and feedback;
- data you voluntarily provide in documents, photographs or forms;
- marketing preferences and consents;
- technical data about your device and use of the site.
We do not request data that is not necessary. Please do not send sensitive or third-party data without need and appropriate authorisation.
3. Automatically collected data
The server and permitted technologies may record your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, access time, pages visited, referral source, approximate location and interactions with the site. This data is used for operation, security, abuse detection, statistics and improving the site.
4. Processing specific to this activity
We may process data about a player, their age, sporting history, position, performance, footage, appointments, parent/guardian contact and relevant medical fitness. Minors' data is processed with the necessary involvement of a parent/guardian. Footage is used for promotion only with appropriate permission.
5. Purposes of processing
We may process data in order to:
- respond to an enquiry and provide the requested information;
- prepare an offer or take steps prior to entering into a contract;
- process an application, booking, order, payment or delivery;
- perform the agreed service and provide support;
- maintain business, accounting and legally required records;
- handle complaints, refunds and legal claims;
- protect users, systems and the business;
- analyse and improve the site on an appropriate legal basis;
- send marketing messages where there is valid consent or another permitted basis.
6. Legal bases
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on:
- performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract;
- compliance with a legal obligation;
- legitimate interests such as security, administration, protection of legal claims and service improvement, following a balancing assessment;
- your consent, for example for optional cookies or certain marketing.
You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
7. Recipients and processors
Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with providers of hosting, email, CRM, analytics, bookings, payments, delivery, accounting and IT support; with professional advisers and contractual partners required to deliver the service; and with competent authorities where required by law. We require appropriate confidentiality and data protection from our providers.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Payments and external platforms
Where external systems for payment, booking, forms, newsletters, maps or social networks are used, the provider of those systems may process data as a processor or as an independent controller, according to its role and rules. Full payment card details are generally processed by an authorised payment provider, not by this site.
9. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data in other countries. Where a specific transfer mechanism is required, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally permitted safeguards are used.
10. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies may be used for the operation and security of the site. Analytical, functional and marketing cookies are enabled only on an appropriate legal basis and, where required, with prior consent. Consent can be changed via the cookie settings.
11. Marketing
We send marketing messages only where permitted. You can unsubscribe via the link in the message or by contacting us directly. Operational messages relating to a contract, booking or order are not marketing messages.
12. Children and minors
The site is not intended for children to submit data independently without appropriate parental or guardian consent. Where a service legitimately involves minors, we process the child's and the parent's/guardian's data only to the extent necessary, with enhanced safeguards and the consents required by applicable law.
13. Retention periods
We keep data only as long as necessary for the specific purpose. Enquiries without a contract are kept for a reasonable period to respond and follow up; contractual, transactional and accounting documentation according to statutory periods; marketing data until consent is withdrawn or a justified objection is made; technical logs proportionate to the security purpose. Data may be kept longer where necessary for a legal claim.
14. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
15. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and protection from decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant effects. You can send a request using the contact details below. To protect your data we may ask for reasonable verification of identity.
16. Complaint to a supervisory authority
You may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the competent provincial privacy authority.
17. External links
Links to independent sites and platforms are subject to their own privacy rules. We are not responsible for their processing where we have no control over it.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy due to changes in our services, technology or regulations. The current version is published with the date of the last update.
